出港、中轉旅客消費時間充足,在機場餐飲、購物消費的比例較高,超過八成進行了餐飲類消費,超過三成進行購物類消費。
Departing and transfer passengers have ample time to go shopping and account for more than 80% and 30% in catering and shopping consumption at the airport respectively.
出港旅客:餐飲消費的主要區(qū)域在出發(fā)廳;消費類別以中式快餐為主,其次是咖啡廳;餐飲平均花費74.5元。購物消費以出發(fā)廳為主,候機廳為輔;消費類別以攜帶類食品為主;購物平均花費470.5元。
Departing passengers: The main area for catering consumption is the Departure Hall; passengers choose Chinese fast food first and then the coffee house; average cost on the catering is 74.5 yuan. Passengers mainly go shopping in the Departure Hall and then the Waiting Hall; they mainly buy portable food and spend 470.5 yuan averagely.
由于樣本量較少,中轉旅客和進港旅客的消費行為在此不做詳細分析。
Due to small sample size, the consumption behaviors of transfer and arriving passengers are not analyzed in detail.

III. Passengers’ opinions
本次調查收集的旅客意見集中在休閑便利設施、人員、餐飲與購物三大方面。
Passengers’ opinions collected in this investigation focus on recreational facilities, personnel, catering and shopping.
設施:wifi信號弱、步行距離較長、休閑娛樂設施有待增加(如閱讀場所、兒童娛樂區(qū))。
Facilities: weak wifi signal, long walking distance, and insufficient recreational facilities (reading place and children’s recreational area)
人員:希望機場服務人員的英語普及率更高。
Personnel: It is expected that more service personnel can speak English.
餐飲與購物:希望餐飲種類更多元化、增加知名商業(yè)品牌。
Catering and shopping: Passengers hope that the catering category should be more diversified and more well-known commercial brands should be increased.
